QUESTIONS AND RESPONSE DEADLINES
Questions are due October 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
RFI responses are due October 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Responses must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Follow the attachment’s instructions regarding the 25 MB email size limit and submissions requiring multiple emails.
Participation is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse costs incurred in preparing or submitting responses. Responses are information only and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract. Responding to this RFI is not a prerequisite for participating in any future acquisition, and this notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation.
