Request for Quote- “American Center Chennai’s Technology Infrastructure Modernization”

The U.S. Consulate General Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation for “American Center Chennai’s Technology infrastructure modernization” as described in the attached solicitation documents.  

The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all the work as required in the solicitation document.  Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.

RFQ TIMELINE:

• Registration for site visit: Tuesday, September 01, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. (IST) to  ChennaiProcurement@state.gov
• Mandatory Site visit with vendors: Thursday, September 03, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.  (IST) at the U.S. Consulate General Chennai located at 220, Anna Salai, Gemini circle, Chennai 600 006.
• Deadline to submit technical queries: Saturday, September 05, 2026 by 02:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov
• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 03:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov
